Joybox offers subscription boxes delivering Japanese snacks and cultural items directly to your door. We have four subscription options to choose from:

- 1 Month Plan: $42.99 USD

- 3 Month Plan: $39.99 USD (per month)

- 6 Month Plan: $36.99 USD (per month)

- 12 Month Plan: $34.99 USD (per month)
Billing Information:

- You will be billed upfront for the entire subscription period you select.
- In addition to the base price of the box, you may be charged between 3000-4000 Yen (or 30-60 USD) depending upon where the product is being shipped.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the chosen term at the same rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Please note that shipping costs may vary depending upon the current currency conversion rates.
Cancellation Policy:

- You may cancel your subscription by reaching us directly via this contact form. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, it may no longer be cancelled.
Cancellations have to be processed from our cancel order form linked above prior to your order being shipped. - Cancellations will be effective at the end of your current billing period

Sipping and Handling Fees :
In addition to the base price of the box, you may be charged up-to 2000 Yen or more depending upon where the product is being shipped.
Exchanges and Return Policy :
Joybox offers a customer-friendly return policy for unopened and undamaged boxes within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or through our contact form on the website. We will provide you with instructions for returning your box and processing your refund.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned box, minus any original shipping costs.
We reserve the right to deny returns for opened or damaged boxes.
Delivery time :
Please allow for upto 2-3 weeks for shipping to process. Depending on where you are located, this might be as less as 1 week.

We accept Credit and Debit Card Payments. We plan on adding Google Pay, Paypal and other options in the future!
